The bags are manufactured in distinctive
blue and black with moulded rubber badges. Fine Group recommended different
material for the two
bags to keep
them distinct in price and feel, with the lighter bag having a simpler
cylindrical design. The heavyweight bag was stiffened and reinforced,
and both bags
were designed with internal pockets for accessories and booklets.
The customer’s need for rapid deployment was answered by developing
a close-fitting drop-down lid, tight enough to allow a non-snag
zip to be closed immediately.
The bags were designed and developed in the UK, and bulk manufactured
in China.
