A market-leading design-led company needed to partner with a textile specialist to support its rapid growth. They turned to Fine Group for engineering expertise and production development for their designs, as well as specialist textile design and material sourcing advice. With the products developed, Fine Group provides efficient, cost-effective manufacturing and logistics to support launch and delivery schedules.

  

Fine Group discusses materials and manufacturing techniques with the design team right from the start. Assemblies are often complicated and required quickly, so sampling and trial production runs are undertaken in the UK. Products are then transferred to the company’s production facilities in China by the Fine Group engineering team.

  

After further approval processes, production is scheduled, using a combination of UK/EU materials and fully tested, locally sourced materials from China. When a faster turnaround is required, UK production can be used to supplement regular production.
